If a student and their spouse (dependents) are traveling together to Israel, prior approval from the Ministry of Interior of Israel is not required.

However, if the student is already staying in Israel or has come to India to bring their family later, then A/4 dependents must obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Interior of Israel before traveling.
